The following strategies are employed in order to achieve the objectives of the organization:

  • Effective bottom-up three-prong approach for ending hunger and poverty: mobilizing people at the grassroots level to build self-reliance, empowering women as key change agents and forging effective partnerships with local government.
  • Gender Advocacy and Parity – works with girls, women and the public on gender challenges and opportunities. It provides them with training in entrepreneurship, healthcare practices, leadership, women’s rights and advocacy, and teaches them how to tackle community issues that will impact their lives; while helping them to use their skills and voices to advocate for positive solutions to those issues.

    Research and documentation on unpaid and care work. Undertake reforms to give women equal rights to economic resources, as well as access to ownership and control over land and other forms of property, financial services, inheritance and natural resources, in accordance with national laws.
  • Strengthen Relevant National Institutions

    Strengthen relevant national institutions, including through international cooperation, for building capacity at all levels, in particular in developing countries, to prevent violence and combat terrorism and crime.
  • Youth Intervention & Involvement

    Youth intervention and involvement to Promote development-oriented policies that support productive activities, decent job creation, entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation, and encourage the formalization and growth of micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises, including through access to financial services.
